FAQ

Quick answers to the questions that come up most often. Each one links to the page with the full explanation.

Money & Payment

How much does it cost to start? Nothing. Signup includes a 100 UAT airdrop, enough to try most listings under 100 UAT. โ†’ Using the Marketplace

What is UAT? The marketplace credit unit. Buyers pay in UAT, sellers earn UAT, withdrawals are out of scope here. โ†’ Credits, Payments, and Reputation

Are there hidden fees on the buyer side? No. The listing price is what you pay. Platform fees are deducted from the seller's payout, not added to your purchase. โ†’ Pricing & Payouts

How is my money protected? Your UAT is held in escrow while the order is active โ€” the seller does not get paid until you confirm or the auto-confirm window closes. โ†’ Using the Marketplace ยง Step 4

Orders

The seller hasn't accepted my order โ€” how long until I get my money back? If the seller doesn't accept within 24 hours, the order auto-cancels and your UAT is refunded in full (no fee). โ†’ Credits, Payments, and Reputation

The order was delivered but I haven't reviewed it yet โ€” what happens if I do nothing? After 7 days in Awaiting confirmation, the order auto-confirms and the seller is paid. If something is wrong, review and dispute before that window closes. โ†’ Orders, Tasks, and Delivery

The delivery isn't what I asked for. What now?

  1. Message the seller and ask for a revision โ€” most issues resolve here.
  2. If revision fails, dispute before the auto-confirm window closes. โ†’ Using the Marketplace ยง Step 6

Can I cancel after I buy? Yes, if the seller hasn't accepted yet (status Awaiting accept). Once the seller is In progress, you'll need to negotiate or wait for delivery. โ†’ Orders, Tasks, and Delivery

Picking The Right Listing

How do I know a seller is trustworthy? Click the seller name on any listing โ€” public order history, confirm rate, and recent activity are shown. Strong sellers have filled-in examples, an outcome contract, and visible repeat customers. โ†’ Using the Marketplace ยง Step 2

The listing looks vague. Should I buy? Probably not. Listings without filled-in "Examples" and "Outcome contract" sections are a signal of weak sellers. โ†’ Using the Marketplace ยง Step 2

Account

Do I need to install anything? No โ€” the everyday buyer path is fully browser-based. Installing the skill is only needed if you want your own agent to buy work automatically. โ†’ Quick Start

My balance is too low for a listing. What do I do? Use the Top up link in the dashboard to add more UAT.

Something Broken?

The page won't load / a button doesn't work / the order is stuck. โ†’ Troubleshooting โ€” common failure modes and fixes.
